Teaching
Teaching is a challenging job with many unique frustrations.  But teachers get incredible joy in seeing the difference they make as a student gain new insights. A teacher is one adult that will have the most influence on a child. In order to do their job with success, teachers must be prepared to teach in all kinds of environments with different types of situations.
What a Teacher Day Is Like
In fact, they can teach at any school of any grade level of profession. Being a teacher seems easy but it does not crack up to what it seems. They do far more work out of class than in class. According to Strauss (2014), educators stay after class, and work with those students who are struggling.
Preparing for Next Day
Teacher planner
Not only- but also, coaches after school and works with those on the sidelines, prepares the lesson plan for the next day. A teacher day starts around 7 o’clock AM and does not end until 10 o’clock PM. Teachers must be very creative with their teaching styles. Not every child learns the same way, nor are they interested.
Behavioral Issues in Classrooms
Behavioral issues
Some of the behavioral issues in elementary schools, in particular come from the child having ADHD, autism, or other learning issues Chen (2014). Another way the child is having behavioral problems; because the child is trying to speak out to the teacher. Maybe the child is explaining a fear or emotion that is going on at home. Behavior problems at school interfere with lessons and disturb other students. There are many ways to improve behavioral issues.
How to Improve Behavioral Issues in Classrooms
Instead of constantly correcting students who are misbehaving; praise the students who are behaving. As noted by Miller (2016), the goal is to pay more attention to the students who are behaving. Focus on the positive students. Not the students who are nerve wrecking. Establish clear expectations and consequences. Teachers build strong effective relationships with students through these strategies.
Teaching challenges
Teachers engaging with students
In brief, teaching is a challenging job with many unique frustrations. It is in the teacher hand to work out ways to make a dynamic class. A teacher molds a student personality and shapes his/her mental orientation. Teachers face many difficulties in a classroom. In order to do their job with success, teachers must be prepared to teach in all kinds of environments with different types of situations.
