Hello Viewers!
Hello everyone,
Welcome to my blog about teaching!
Teaching is shaping the future of education. Patience is the key to teaching. Many people who are capable to teach run away from this profession, because of how children are today. All you have to do is cope with your students, help them along the school year, In my blog I talk a lot about the behaviors that occur during this generation, and how to improve the classroom with those situations.
I also pulled pictures to explain what is going on in my essay. I typed up a wordle word cloud which is a crazy form of writing. It is often used by bloggers to show frequently used words in a blog. It is very creative. My wordle words were teaching related for example I used teachers, students, blackboards those are commonly used terms when you think about teaching. I also uploaded an Animoto video. Which describes my whole entire essay on teaching. Just listen to the song I used plus the pictures it all ties together. I hope you learned a little bit more on teachers and not to give up on them. Also, for people who are steering their mind in elementary education or any form of education don't change your mind just yet!

Teaching
Teaching is a challenging job with many unique frustrations. But teachers get incredible joy in seeing the difference they make as a student gain new insights. A teacher is one adult that will have the most influence on a child. In order to do their job with success, teachers must be prepared to teach in all kinds of environments with different types of situations.
What a Teacher Day Is Like
In fact, they can teach at any school of any grade level of profession. Being a teacher seems easy but it does not crack up to what it seems. They do far more work out of class than in class. According to Strauss (2014), educators stay after class, and work with those students who are struggling.

How to Improve Behavioral Issues in Classrooms
Instead of constantly correcting students who are misbehaving; praise the students who are behaving. As noted by Miller (2016), the goal is to pay more attention to the students who are behaving. Focus on the positive students. Not the students who are nerve wrecking. Establish clear expectations and consequences. Teachers build strong effective relationships with students through these strategies.
